We have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with any tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@byliev.nl. Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Willink van Collenstraat 34, 3621 CM Breukelen.

You will then receive the full order amount, including shipping costs, back. The costs for returning the package to the webshop are at your own expense and amount to approximately 7.25 per package. Check the website of your carrier for exact rates.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided we receive the product in good condition.

Damage and problems
Is the product damaged or did you receive the wrong item? How annoying! Do not return the product yet. Fill in the contact form on the homepage and we will contact you within 24 hours on working days to find a suitable solution together!
