Is the product damaged or did you receive the wrong item? How annoying! Do not return the product yet. Fill in the contact form on the homepage and we will contact you within 24 hours on working days to find a suitable solution together!

Warranty

We do everything we can to deliver our products to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is damaged during transport or that another problem occurs that entitles you to a warranty. We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Fill in the contact form and we will contact you as soon as possible for a solution. Sometimes things don't go as expected. We recommend that you first submit your complaint to us via the complaint form above. If no suitable solution is found, you can submit the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil .

Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you can submit it via this platform.
